In this fast-paced and exciting operational role, you will be tasked with a high volume of customer and carrier interaction. We are seeking new team members in pursuit of FreightSaver’s company goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding carrier relationships and managing daily operational tasks. We are rapidly growing, innovative, and always in pursuit of individuals with the same outlook and passion for the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain carrier relations
• Managing operational duties of existing and new business
• Responsible for negotiating freight rates
• Booking and scheduling shipments with customers and carriers
• Team participation, communication, and support
• Educate customers on all of the FreightSaver offerings and services

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in the transportation industry
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
• Superb computer expertise and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Self-motivation, drive, and passion for the industry
