Full-Time Position

In this fast-paced and exciting sales role, you will be tasked with growing new business and achieving sales quotas. A significant amount of your prospecting will come through outbound calls, emails, face to face opportunities. The successful candidate will qualify the opportunity, uncover primary business needs as well as technical needs, and communicate how the appropriate FreightSaver solutions can meet those needs and solve the prospects problems. We are looking for closers who bring a level of sophistication, style, and persistence into the already stellar sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline
  • Make calls to prospective customers
  • Ask qualifying questions and initiate detailed product discussions
  • Uncover customer needs beyond what may have been initially obvious to the prospect
  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
  • Hit expected call activity metrics
  • Provide an accurate forecast
  • Educate customers on all of the FreightSaver offerings and services
  • Follow up on uncovered sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years inside sales experience handling full sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about the prospects business
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Outbound sales call experience
